Provide a means to support all organizations, partners and groups to enable a thriving technology ecosystem

How do we challenge to status quo?

We will be engaging the San Diego tech community on various workshops/events, keeping open ears on things going on within the community, finding ways to incorporate other groups (in an effort to become a central hub), and creating a place for mentorship based relationships. By keeping track of participation and involvement numbers we will be able to gauge how effective our strategy is and adjust it accordingly to meet our ultimate goals.

Biography

Jared has over a decade of recruiting and consulting services experience. He began his career working with a multi-billion dollar S&P 500 consulting and placement firm in Canada and later relocated to San Diego in 2009.

Jared is passionate about creating a thriving and vibrant community in San Diego and and has previously served as the Program Director for the AITP (Association of IT Professionals) where he organized monthly events on  current technology trends. He also volunteers as a Coach with The Honor Foundation(THF) and with Jewish Family Services (JFS). Jared leads the Sayva Technology consulting and recruitment practice for the San Diego market.

Biography

Fred Jordan is a technology consulting professional that has been dedicated to providing technological based services to clientele for over 4 years. Working as a lead at recently recognized world leader, Randstad Technologies, he currently partners with companies to assist in all facets of IT (i.e. project based work/solutions deliverables & staffing: permanent/temporary).  

Fred joined the San Diego Tech Hub in an effort to engage the community and spread awareness that San Diego is indeed a great location for technology professionals. Having moved to San Diego from Chicago) he is passionate about being a driving force in connecting like-minded technology professionals within the area to the benefit of “America’s Finest City.”
