Part 2: Sticking Points: Most Frequently Asked Questions Employers are Asking About the COVID-19 Vaccine

With several COVID-19 vaccines already rolled out, now is the time to consider how to implement a successful vaccination policy and what potential pitfalls there are in addressing employee concerns regarding the vaccine, including:

1) Can we ban employees from coming to work if they refuse to get the COVID-19 vaccine once it becomes available to them?;

2) Once our workers prove they have been vaccinated for COVID-19, can we relax our social distancing and facemask requirements?; and

3) Can we disclose which employees have or have not been vaccinated?

This webinar will present answers to these and other frequently asked questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine in the areas of workplace safety, workplace privacy, human resources considerations, wage and hour issues, and labor issues.
